• Councillor Andy MacLeod - Non Pecuniary - Resident of Farnham and member of Farnham Town Council. However he has no position of authority within Farnhm Town Council. He has declared a non-pecuniary interest which he does not feel will influence his decision making at Waverley.

• Councillor John Neale - Non Pecuniary - As Leader of Farnham Town Council has declared a non-pecuniary interest of sufficient weight that he will withdraw from the meeting, as he wishes to avoid any perception that he may have a conflict of interests that might prevent him from making an objective decision.
