Committee details

A Standards Panel may be convened to determine the outcome of an external investigation into complaints that a Waverley Councillor has failed to comply with the Waverley Code of Conduct for Members, or that a Town or Parish councillor has failed to comply with the relevant local Code of Conduct.

The membership of the Standards Panel will be drawn from the members of the Standards Committee. A Panel convened to hear a complaint about a Town or Parish councillor will also include one of the parish council representatives on the Standards Committee.
