A consultant design team have been appointed to work up a submission of plans and documentation for a pre-let lease agreement with a restaurant chain on the high street.

 

69 High Street, Godalming was purchased as a General Fund mixed use redevelopment project to support the Council’s aspirations contained within the Corporate Strategy
