This report seeks approval from the Joseph Ewart Bequest Trust for additional funding to cover installation of electrical car charging points at College Gardens, which were a condition of planning permission.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Executive acting as Trustees of the Joseph Ewart Bequest, gives approval to progressing and completing the works at College Gardens, Farnham at a total budget of £20,000.

The Executive, acting as Trustee of the Joseph Ewart Bequest, RESOLVED to approve a budget of £20,000 to progress and complete works at College Gardens, Farnham to install electric vehicle charge points, traffic management measures and associated costs.
