The Minutes of the Meeting of the Council held on 13 December 2022 were confirmed and signed.

To receive from members, declarations of interest in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct.

There were no interests declared under this heading.

Councillor Merryweather introduced the report and move the recommendation. Councillor Merryweather informed the council that auditors had verified the accounts with no changes, and a signed copy would be provided upon the council's agreement.

The Mayor moved the recommendations set out in the report which the Council RESOLVED to agree.
