Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs Carole Cockburn, Jill Hargreaves, Mike Hodge, Robert Knowles, Martin Lear, Peter Martin, Kika Mirylees, Simon Thornton, Liz Townsend, John Ward.

To receive from members, declarations of interest in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct.

There were no declarations.

The report seeks approval of the Annual Trustee’s Report and accounts of the Shottermill Recreation Ground Trust for the year ended 31 March 2017.  The Trust comprises the Haslemere Leisure Centre.

Recommendation

It is recommended that

1.    the Annual Trustee’s Report and annual accounts for the year ending 31 March 2017 be approved; and

2.    The minimum level of reserves be approved at £125,000.

The Council as Trustee received the report seeking approval of the Annual Trustees’ report and accounts of the Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool for the year ended 31 March 2017 and

RESOLVED that the Annual Trustees’ report and annual accounts for the year ending 31 March 2017 be approved.
