The Minutes of the Meeting held on 15 December 2015 were confirmed as a correct record and signed.

Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs Kevin Deanus, Val Henry, Nicholas Holder, Carole King, Robert Knowles, Peter Martin, Kika Mirylees, Libby Piper, Stefan Reynolds, Simon Thornton and John Ward.

To receive from members, declarations of interest in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct.

There were no declarations of interest raised at the meeting.

The attached report seeks approval of the Annual Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements of the Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool Trust for the year ended 31 March 2016. The Trust comprises the Haslemere Leisure Centre.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Annual Trustee’s Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 be approved.

The Council as Trustee received the report seeking approval of the Annual Trustee’s report and accounts of the Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool for the year ended 31 March 2016 and

RESOLVED  that the Annual Trustee’s report and annual accounts for the year ending 31 March 2016 be approved.
