To confirm the Minutes of the Meeting of the Trust held on 14 October 2014 (to be laid on the table half-an-hour before the meeting.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 15 December 2015 were confirmed as a correct record and signed.

There were no declarations of interest.

The report attached seeks approval of the Annual Trustee’s report and accounts of the Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool Trust for the year ended 31 March 2015.  The Trust comprises the Haslemere Leisure Centre.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Annual Trustee’s report and annual accounts for the year ending 31 March 2015 be approved.

4.         REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2015

The Council as Trustee received the report seeking approval of the Annual Trustee’s report and accounts of the Shottermill Recreation Ground and Swimming Pool for the year ended 31 March 2015.
