DECLARATION OF INTERESTS To receive from members, declarations of interest in relation to any items included on the agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct. Minutes: There were no interests declared under this heading.

Annual Financial Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 Additional documents: Minutes: Regarding the financial report and accounts for the year ending March 2023, Councillor Merryweather, who introduced the recommendation, highlighted the council's role as the sole trustee of a trust owning houses for elderly residents. Auditors found no changes necessary. Councillor Beaman inquired about funds for a Greenfield Road project, and Councillor Merryweather stated no immediate plans existed. Councillor Hyman pointed out deviations in plans and raised the issue of Greenlane Cemetery.
The Mayor moved the recommendations set out in the report which the Council RESOLVED to agree.
