The full reports which have been considered by the Executive are attached for all members of the Council to read in advance of the meeting. The minutes of the Special Executive will be tabled on the evening.
The Minutes of the Special Executive meeting, which included an (Exempt) Annexe held earlier in the evening on 6 November 2017 were circulated to all members. The full reports had been circulated to all members of the Council in advance of the meeting.
It was moved by the Chairman, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the special meeting of the Executive held on 6 November 2017 be approved and adopted.
During consideration of these minutes, at 6.52 p.m. it was
RESOLVED that, pursuant to Procedure Rule 20, and in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of items on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during these items, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section 100I of the Act) of the description specified in the revised Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, namely:-
Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) (paragraph 3).
1. Property Matter A
During consideration of this item, it was moved and duly seconded that recommendation 17.1 be amended to replace the word ‘minimum’ with ‘maximum’. This was agreed by assent.

At 7.24pm the meeting returned to open session.
RESOLVED that the Minutes of the Special Executive meeting held on 6 November 2017 be approved and the recommendations contained therein be adopted, as amended.
