Minutes:
Councillors Andrew Bolton and Tom Martin declared non-pecuniary interests in item 17 as members of Godalming Town Council.
Councillor Kevin Deanus declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 9 as he considered to have sufficient weight so as to undermine his ability to make an open-minded and objective decision. Councillor Kevin Deanus left the room during consideration of this item.
