The Executive has

1.            noted the outturn position on revenue and capital for 2016/17;

2.            approved the revenue carry forward to 2017/18 as detailed in paragraph 9; and

3.            approved the capital rescheduling to 2017/18 as detailed in Appendix 2, 4 and 5.
