That, subject to the applicant entering into appropriate legal agreement within 6 months of the date of the committee resolution to grant planning permission to secure the provision of 100% on site affordable housing and subject to conditions 1-18 and informatives 1-11, permission be GRANTED

1.The proposal would result in the loss of an approved community and commercial asset, in conflict with policies SS8, EE2 and ICS1 of Local Plan (Part 1) 2018, Retained Policy IC2 of the Local Plan 2002 and Policy GOD2 of the Godalming & Farncombe Neighbourhood Plan 2017-2032.
