Where a Member of the Committee is unable to attend a substitute Member may attend, speak and vote in their place at that meeting.

Members are advised that in order for a substitute to be arranged a Member must give four (4) clear working days notice of their apologies.

For this meeting the latest date apologies can be given for a substitute to be arranged is Tuesday 9^th August 2022.

To approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 20 July 2022 as correct record of the meeting.

To receive from members declarations of interests in relation to any items included on the Agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley Code of Local Government Conduct.

The Chairman to respond to any questions received from members of the public in accordance with Procedure Rule 10.

The implications for crime, disorder and community safety have been appraised in the following applications but it is not considered that any consideration of that type arises unless it is specifically referred to in a particular report.

Erection of a new village hall including new vehicular and pedestrian accesses, with associated parking and landscaping

Recommendation

That permission be REFUSED

Erection of 2 detached dwellings and associated garaging, parking and vehicular access.

That, subject to conditions 1-15 and Informatives 1-8, permission be GRANTED.

Erection of extension and alterations with associated works and relocating and widening of existing vehicle crossover following demolition of existing detached garage.

Erection of extension and alterations to elevations with associated works (as amended by plans received 06/07/2022)

Recommendation

That, subject to conditions 1-2  and informative 1, permission be GRANTED

Extension and alterations to attached garage to provide additional habitable accommodation.

That, subject to the reasons set out in the report, permission be REFUSED

To consider the following recommendation on the motion of the Chairman:

That, pursuant to Procedure Rule 20 and in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the item, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section 100I of the Act) of the description specified at the meeting in the revised Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972
