Members are advised that in order for a substitute to be arranged a Member must give four (4) clear working days-notice of their apologies.

Permission is REFUSED for the following reasons:

 

The proposed development is not considered an appropriate location for housing as it lies outside of the Built Up Area Boundary of Farnham, in Countryside Beyond the Green Belt and is not an allocated site in the Development Plan, contrary to Policies FNP10 and FNP14 of the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan 2013-2032 and Policy RE1 of the Local Plan Part 1 2018.

 

The proposed development would result in material harm to the intrinsic character and beauty of the Countryside Beyond the Green Belt, the Area of Great Landscape Value and the Area of High Landscape Value and Sensitivity due its urbanising impact and harm to the character of the landscape, contrary to Policies FNP1, FNP10 and FNP14 of the Farnham Neighbourhood Plan 2013-2032 and Policies RE1 and RE3 of the Local Plan Part 1 2018
