Cllr John Neal and Cllr Sally Dickson declared a personal interest in items 9.1 and 9.2 as they knew the applicants and would withdraw themselves from the discussion.

Cllr Stephen Mulliner declared an interest in item 9.3 as he lived less than 400m from the application site and would withdraw himself from the discussion.

The Chairman to respond to any questions received from members of the public in accordance with Procedure Rule 10.

A question had been submitted regarding LPP2 and the allocations around the Royal School in Haslemere. A response had been drafted by officers and this had been reported at the Services O&S meeting on Monday 13 December and circulated to members for information.
