DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST To receive from members declarations of interests in relation to any items included on the Agenda for this meeting in accordance with the Waverley code of Local Government Conduct. Minutes: Cllr John Neal and Cllr Sally Dickson declared a personal interest in items 9.1 and 9.2 as they knew the applicants and would withdraw themselves from the discussion.
Cllr Stephen Mulliner declared an interest in item 9.3 as he lived less than 400m from the application site and would withdraw himself from the discussion. |
