To receive any apologies for absence and substitutions.

 

Where a Member of the Committee is unable to attend a substitute Member may attend, speak and vote in their place at that meeting.

 

Members are advised that in order for a substitute to be arranged a Member must give four (4) clear working days notice of their apologies.

Background papers (as defined by Section 100D(5) of the Local Government Act relating to reports are listed under the “Representations” heading for each planning application presented, or may be individually identified under a heading “Background Papers”.

 

The implications for crime, disorder and community safety have been appraised in the following applications but it is not considered that any consideration of that type arises unless it is specifically referred to in a particular report.

Proposal

 

Application under Section 73A to vary condition 9 of WA/2018/0172, condition 9 states that the development is granted for a temporary period, expiring on 30th April, to allow temporary use (of part of perimeter track and runway for driving experience days) until 30th April 2024.

 

Recommendation

 

That permission be GRANTED, subject to conditions 1-11 and informatives 1-6.

A2 - WA/2019/1095 - LAND OPPOSITE MILFORD GOLF CLUB, STATION LANE, MILFORD pdf icon PDF 2 MB

Proposal

 

Approval of reserved matters, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline permission granted under WA/2018/1815 for the erection of 190 dwellings (including 57 affordable) with provision of SANG (amended description) (as amended by plans and documents received 24/05/2021, 04/08/2021, 10/08/2021 and 25/08/2021).

 

Recommendation

 

That subject to there being no objection raised by the Environment Agency in respect of conditions 4 and 5 of WA/2018/1815, the Reserved Matters of Layout, Scale, Appearance and Landscaping be APPROVED, subject to conditions 1-11 and informatives 1-14.

Proposal

 

Request to modify a Section 106 legal agreement (WA/2018/1815) to amend affordable housing and to amend definition of affordable rented units (as amended by email received 05/08/2021)

 

Recommendation

 

That the terms of the Section 106 legal agreement made in relation to planning application WA/2018/1815 and dated 27 February 2021 be modified as set out in the proposal.  Plus one informative.

A4 - WA/2020/2123 - MOLE COUNTRY STORES, BRIGHTON ROAD, GODALMING, GU7 1NS pdf icon PDF 2 MB

Proposal

 

Erection of 2 buildings and alterations to existing Listed Building to provide 52 assisted living units (use class C2) with associated communal facilities, landscaping, amenity space and parking following demolition of existing warehouse building (as amplified by Transport Statement received 24/02/2021, Ecology Reports received 31/03/2021 and updated bat survey received 24/05/2021 and as amplified by plans and documents received 22/04/2021 and 13/09/2021)

 

Recommendation

 

That permission be GRANTED, subject to conditions 1-30 and informatives 1-19

To consider the following recommendation on the motion of the Chairman:

           

Recommendation

           

That, pursuant to Procedure Rule 20 and in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item on the grounds that it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the item, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information (as defined by Section 100I of the Act) of the description specified at the meeting in the revised Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972.
