Background Papers

 

Background papers (as defined by Section 100D(5) of the Local Government Act relating to reports are listed under the “Representations” heading for each planning application presented, or may be individually identified under a heading “Background Papers”.

 

The implications for crime, disorder and community safety have been appraised in the following applications but it is not considered that any consideration of that type arises unless it is specifically referred to in a particular report.

Confirmation of Tree Preservation Order (No 10/2020) - Woodland at Hopkins Reeds, Hatch Lane, Wormley GU27 ILR pdf icon PDF 728 KB

Purpose

 

To consider the objection to making of a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) 10/2020 and to determine whether the order should be confirmed with or without modification.

 

Recommendation

 

It is recommended that the Tree Preservation Order 10/2020 be confirmed without modification.

The recommendation to grant TPO No 10/20 was carried by a vote of 14 in favour with none against and no abstentions.

To APPROVE TPO No (10/20) Hopkins Reeds, Hatch Lane, Wormley, GU27 1LR, with modification of WA 2020/0662 for retrospective provision of a private access way for forestry purpose within the woodland.
