RESOLVED that the application be REFUSED for the following reason:

 

The proposal by reason of its siting, would result in unacceptable overlooking and loss of privacy. The proposal would therefore conflict with Policy TD1 of the Local Plan (Part 1) 2018 and Policies D1 and D4 of the Waverley Borough Local Plan 2002 and the NPPF 2019.
